“We are so excited about the 49th season that our family has owned and operated the mountain, said Kate Michener Marketing/ Special Events Coordinator at Maple Ski Ridge.” ” This year our after school program has the new Burton Learn to Ride program included that help kids master the snowboarding skills necessary to eventually hit the hill or carve the terrain park. At Maple Ski Ridge we have conditions that rival other resorts, due to our daily snow making and grooming on our 4 hills. Our location has ski and snowboarding lessons for any experience level with 2 lifts, 2 surface tows and a terrain park. Our focus makes Maple Ski Ridge a great choice for families who want to ski local and ski often. We have been a wintertime family destination for almost 50 years, watching families grow up skiing with us, and many times we have seen families come back with their children and their parents to have 3 generations on the slope at the same time. I think as a family business we do a better job of listening to our customers, we are never to busy to hear stories about times on our hills or times on other mountains, I believe this is one of the reasons people come back year after year.”
